Team Registration Details

  • Racing Classes

    Mixed: Teams must be comprised of a mix of men and women (a minimum of eight (8) women required).

    Women's: Teams must be all-women paddlers and drummer. The steer person may be male or female.

    Youth Division - Mixed: Teams must be composed of all paddlers under 24.

    All Cancer Division - Mixed: All paddlers must be cancer survivors and follow the rules for the mixed division team.

    All Cancer Division - Women: All paddlers must be cancer survivors and follow the rules for the mixed division team.

  • Registration Fees

    Gold Registration Package: $1,775 includes one team registration, a 11 x 11-foot (approximate) space for your team to hang out during the day, a 10x10 tent, a 6-foot table and 20 chairs, all delivered and set up so you don’t have to carry all that extra stuff!

    Team Registration: $1,550 per team. Includes racing and a 11 x 11-foot (approximate) space for your team to hang out during the day.

    Tent Only: $175 per tent. The tent will be delivered and set up in your designated space in athlete’s village.

    Multi-team discounts are available! Teams sending three or more crews from the same club will receive a $100 discount on the third and subsequent crew(s).

    Youth Teams will receive a 25% discount and can apply to ERDBA for an additional 25% discount for the first two registered youth teams.

Registration Form

Please complete the registration form below and submit payment for each individual team. Checks or money order for the total amount should be made out to Cooper River Dragon Boat Regatta and mailed to 146 Squirrel Tree Lane, Mount Laurel, NJ, 08054.

In the first week of July, if payment has been made, Community Teams will be contacted to schedule a team practice. Practices will be held the Friday before race day.

Captains must have each team member (including drummer) complete a waiver form, which will be distributed at a later date. All waivers must be completed prior to practice/race day.
